Upon us being contacted by you we will ask a series of questions to find out a bit about you, your business/product, and your requirements.
This way we can understand the project and to give you an estimated quote.
This is when the communication between client and Site Ninja starts to bloom. You will be assigned to one of our product analysis experts who will learn all to be known of your business in order for us to give a more specific quote. We use this information to encrypt a specialist strategic plan for your business.
Upon acceptance of second quote a deposit will asked to be made.
Upon deposit payment we will start to map out a series of goals for the business by creating a bullet proof a plan going forward.
This plan will give recommendations on how we intend to visually represent your website from the information gathered in the Product Discovery phase. We incorporate expert marketable techniques to present your product in such a way to obtain maximum returns.
The physical design process starts. From all the findings we have found regarding your business/product, it all comes together in the shape of your very own web creation.
During this phase we hone in on the individual working elements. We ingeniously programme them to the sites required functionality in order for them to work in a way that suits your targeted user. This is also the phase where we set up your new personalised email address and email mailbox.
Quality Control is one of our most important steps. We have to ensure everything is exactly how we both want it before we go live. This process requires extensive testing.

The first mission in which our Site Ninjas engage with is the; ‘client and product research‘. For us to succeed we need to learn from You.
Our stealthy team start a short journey of discovery to familiarise ourselves with your business goals and user audience. You may be required to complete either our ‘Client Work Request form’ and/or convey a conversation with our Project Development teams.
The Site Ninjas will use findings from the Discovery phase as the building blocks for strategy and make suggestions for the web design process. During this phase, we will also give recommendations on user experience, information architecture, site maps, functionalities, and how to display content in a way that is intuitive, engaging and achieves objective.

The third phase. This is where the magic really starts and our Site Ninjas creativity comes to prominence. Within a few short days we will share a web address where you can view the construction of your website live in the making.
The first task of this mission is to design a logo for your business. Something that represents your business values. This will provide the layout colour scheme. From here we will create a couple of designs for a home page.
We enjoy the freedom to be creative with background elements, imagery, spacing between page elements, and animations to help determine the desired look and feel for the website. Once the home page has been approved and the overarching look of the site is locked in, we will then design the remaining pages required for the site. Detailed insights for the Ul Design process will be further shared upon engagement.
Our Nerdy Ninjas unleash a cold blooded assassination plot on the coding. We mark-up the approved creatives to HTML 5, CSS, Query, Angular/ React, among with a suitable programming language and making relevant testing.
This is one of the most critical steps in the process. It is here where Site Ninjas review all facets of the site prior to going live using industry modern tools for testing. This includes a review of all functionality and content. We review all content to make sure all expectations have been met. You will have a complete insight into what bugs are being worked on, what are pending, which ones are ready to reviewed by your team.
With a launch plan in place, the final phase of the project is to launch the website publicly. This includes reviewing all files and confirming one last time that all content is viewable, accurate and functional as it was on the development server.
After a thorough Q&A process to determine what you may need to regularly update your website we offer the client to participate on the Client Backend Training Programme to a fully understand how to use the design tools to make future changes to your site.
Do not fear though we are still close by for any assistance you may need.
*If you do not choose to receive the optional extra of Client Training you still have the option for continued site maintenance which includes safety updates and malware scanning, as well as up to 10 visual website changes per month. There are three levels of maintenance your can choose from.
**If you do not believe maintenance is for you we would still never leave you without help. We are still here for you for any changes you may require on an flat hourly rate.
