Initial Interaction
You hear about Site Ninjas Creative Digital Design Agency and want a quote for the work required in order to fulfil your digital dream. You can either call us or send us a email in which after brief understanding of your needs we will give an estimated first quote for the works to be completed. If you are happy with this we can move onto the next phase where we will learn of your business where we will be able to give you a more in depth and ballpark quote.

Phase 1: Product Discovery
The first mission in which our Site Ninjas engage with is the; 'client and product research'. For us to succeed we need to learn from You. Our stealthy team start a short journey of discovery to familiarise ourselves with your business goals and user audience. You may be required to complete either  our 'Client Work Request form' and/or convey with our Project Management, User Experience and Development teams.

Phase 2: Strategic Planning
The Site Ninjas will use findings from the Discovery phase as the building blocks for strategy and make suggestions for the site design process. During this phase, we will also give recommendations on user experience, information architecture, site maps, functionalities, and how to display content in a way that is intuitive, engaging and achieves objective. We will provide you with detailed insights for the Strategic Architecture process to show user engagement on the website once published.

Phase 3: UI/UX Design
The third phase. This is where the magic really starts and our Site Ninjas creativity comes to prominence. Within a few short days we will share a web address where you can view the construction of your website Live. The first task of this mission is to design a logo for your business. Something that represents your business values. This will provide the layout colour scheme. From here we will create a couple of designs for a home page. We enjoy the freedom to be creative with background elements, imagery, spacing between page elements and animations to help determine the desired look and feel for the website. Once the home page has been approved and the overarching look of the site is locked in, we will then design the remaining pages required for the site. Detailed insights for the Ul Design process will be further shared upon engagement.

Phase 4: Programming Code
Our Nerdy Ninjas unleash a cold blooded assassination plot on the coding. We mark-up the approved creatives to HTML 5, CSS, Query, Angular/ React, among with a suitable programming language and test all code in the latest version of designated browsers..

Phase 5: Quality Control
This is one of the most critical steps. It is here where Site Ninjas review all facets of the site prior to going live using industry modern tools for testing. This includes a review of all functionality and content. We review all content to make sure all expectations have been met. You will have a complete insight into what bugs are being worked on, what are pending, which ones are ready to reviewed by your team.

Phase 6: The Launch
With a launch plan in place, the final phase of the project is to launch the website publicly. This includes reviewing all files and confirming one last time that all content is viewable, accurate and functional as it was on the development server.

Phase 7: Client Training
After a thorough QA process to determine what you may need to keep regularly updated on your website we offer to the client to participate on the Client Backend Training Programme to a fully understand how to use the design tools to make future changes to your site. Do not fear though we are still close by for any assistance you may need.  *If you do not choose to receive the optional extra of Client Training you still have the option for continued site maintenance which includes safety updates and malware scanning, as well as up to 10 visual website changes per month. There are three levels of maintenance your can choose from. If you do not believe maintenance is for you we would still never leave you without help. We are still here for you for any changes you may require on an flat hourly rate.
